Emsea Swimwear reserves the right to amend any product details including pricing, availability (according to stock), descriptions, various terms, or sales at any time.

All products are eligible for return if they meet the cathegory in Shipping & Returns policy. 

We have made sure the colors shown on our website and those of the actual product are as similar as possible. We can not guarantee 100% resemblance, depending on your device. 

Your public comments aren't in any way eligible to commition, be kept confidential or to remain visible to other curstomers. If we judge a comment offensive, unhelpfull or harmfull to anyone or anything, we take the right to delete it. 

We take the liberty to cancel any order with total remboursement if we judge it being placed under questionable conditions (unauthorised wholesale for example).

It can happen that we make a mistake on our webside. We reserve ourselves the right to correct or update any mistakes made on our website and cancel any orders placed in that time (even after you have placed your order).

All eventual cancellations or modifications of your order will be informed to you in the briefest time.

Our pieces go through 3 professional quality checks before being dispached. In order to preserve product quality, it is your duty to follow our wash, hardware and care guides. 

Despite our strongest effort and our quality check, we can not guarantee all products will meet your standards. Kindly reach out to us with any inquiry or questions and we will get back to you in the briefest time.
