Shipping & Returns


We aim for every order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse 2 to 4 business days after they have been placed. You will be notified if we come across any issues in doing so.

We will send your tracking number as soon as it is on it's way. 

We deny responsibility for any missing or damaged package once they have been sent. But we will gladly help you if you have any such issues. Kindly contact us here.

Emsea swimwear does not take responsibility in paying VAT, taxes or import duties you may be charged with on your package. We can not estimate these amounts for you. Please contact your local customs for rules that may apply to you in your country. If your package gets refused at customs, it will be shipped back to our warehouse. We will send you total refund of your order deducting all costs regarding shipping.

Please note the shipping adress can not be changed once your package is on it's way. So make sure all your details are well written. 



We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

- unwashed, unworn, unsoiled with tags

- hygene strips must be attached as originally recieved.

-In its original packaging. 

You will also need to provide us the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we will send you your new item against any extra charges (if applicable).


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
